FAQ
-
How can I order? For all our locations, we recommend ordering online through our website or app! All orders we make are to-go, and doing your order online allows you to explore all the different ingredients and customizations we have, plus online ordering is the only way loyalty points can be collected (and they are generous!). Other forms of orders are in person, phone order or self ordering tablets, depending on the location. However, we cannot guarantee this during busy rush hours.
-
How big are your salad bowls? Our containers are 48oz, which holds enough salad for a full meal.
-
Do you make everything in house?Yes! We pride ourselves for being a scratch kitchen. We make everything in house in our production kitchen in San Jose!
-
What is The Good Glaze? The Good Glaze is our signature pomegranate infused balsamic reduction, made in house. We put that in a cup on the side.
-
Why don't you mix the salads? For 3 reasons: Placing ingredients separately without mixing allows us to visually inspect the order for accuracy before handing them off. Mixing salads with the dressings means we will use what we think is a good dressing amount. But the amount of dressing is highly dependant on the person and we want you to control how much dressing you put. Salads will get soggy significantly faster (within an hour) if mixed with the dressing.
